Comments: Found this little gem of a recipe on Pinterest and I adapted it to fit our family. It's quick, easy, and super healthy, especially with my tweeks. Great for a light dinner or lunch. We all loved it and I'll definitely be making this again!
Ingredients:
1lb. ground turkey (the kind I got was 97% fat free)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. katchup
1 tsp. dried minced onion
salt & pepper to taste
shredded cheddar cheese (I used reduced fat)
sliced tomatoes
yellow mustard
whole grain wraps
Directions: brown turkey in skillet and drain. Add in Worcstershire, katchup, minced onion, salt & pepper and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese down the center of each wrap, scoop on turkey, spread some mustard over the mixture, top with tomato slices and wrap like a burrito. Place on the foreman for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
