Crab Bake Casserole

Comments:  AMAZING. Well worth the cost and a little extra prep effort.

Ingredients:
4 eggs (beaten)
1 lb. fresh crab meat (I used 1lb. can found in the refrigerated seafood section)
2 cups milk
2 cups seasoned crutons
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp dried minced onion
1 tbsp dried parsley
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Lightly spray a medium baking dish (I used 9x13) Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  In large bowl, mix the eggs, milk, croutons, cheese, onion, and parsley. Stir in the crabmeat. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into the prepared baking dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted into center of the casserole comes out clean.
