Oreo Balls

Rating: 5 STARS!!!

Comments:
These are ridiculously easy to make and people will be shocked that you actually made these (they taste like they came straight from a high end bakery!) I've made them twice and both times they were a huge huge hit!

Ingredients:
1 package oreo cookies (I used regular the first time and reduced fat the 2nd time and couldn't tell a difference, just don't use double stuffed or the chocolate covered oreos because the consistency will be off)
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened (again I used reduced fat)
White chocolate candy melts (I used almond bark brand)

Directions:
Crush the oreos in a food processor and slowly mix in softened cream cheese until well blended. You will end up with a big ball of "dough". Put that in the freezer for 15 minutes. Remove and roll into little truffle sized balls (I was able to get aprx. 40-50 balls out of one batch) and place on a baking sheet covered in wax paper. Stick the tray back in the freezer for another 15 minutes. Melt the candy melts by following the directions on the package. Once melted, take the balls one at a time and dip them into the chocolate making sure they get completely covered (using a spoon is helpful!) and then place them back on the wax paper. Allow the chocolate time to harden and enjoy!
