Chicken & Cheddar Pasta

Rating: 4 stars

Cost: $5-10

Comments: This yummy dinner started off with a phone call to my Mom saying "I have chicken and a can of cheddar soup, what can I do with this?". The Queen of throw things together came up with a delicious and easy meal! We will definitely be making this one again!

Ingrediants:

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (I used 2)
1 can of Cheddar Soup
1/2 can of Tostitos Queso Dip
1/2 box of Rigatoni (or a pasta of your choice)
Crackers (crushed)
Butter (melted)

Directions: Put a small amount of water in the bottom of the crock-pot, just enough to cover the bottom. Put chicken, cheddar soup, and queso dip in the crock-pot. Cook on low for 4.5-6 hours. Pour cooked pasta in an oven safe baking dish. Pour chicken mixture on top of the pasta (I cut the chicken into chunks). Put crackers and melted butter in zip lock bag, crush and mix together. Place crushed crackers on top of the pasta dish. Bake on 350 for 15 minutes.
