Who knew you could cook lasagna in the crockpot?! I am a huge fan of the Today Show and they did a clip on crock-pot recipes. Although I haven't tried them, I definitely am planning on it! Thought I would pass along the link incase anyone was interested in trying these dishes you wouldn't think would be crock-pot material!
